Henry Moss*

In addition to outlining the previous legal position relating to perpetuities and accumulations, the author focuses on the key provisions of the Act and the impact on both pre- and post-August 2009 trusts before concluding that the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 offers new opportunities for longer term financial planning in Bermuda.
