The Trust (Guernsey) Law 2007

A summary of the changes to Guernsey's trust laws brought about by the 2007 Act including changes to non-charitable trusts, enforcers, settler and third party reserved powers, the creation of perpetual trusts, the creation of statutory liens, statutory guarantees, letters of wishes, exclusion of foreign law clauses, limitation periods for actions for breach of trust and information to be given to beneficiaries.
